Return Not Accepted If

The product has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

The product is without its original packaging or tags.

The customer fails to provide unboxing proof (photo/video).

The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued through your original payment method or as store credit within 5–7 working days.

Exchange Option

If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or color (and it’s available in stock), you can request an exchange instead of a refund.
